At a glance: Our Grades

Not sure what to go for? Here is an overview of our different CCTV grades

Bronze

Our Bronze system delivers protection at an exceptional price. It uses a 5-megapixel Hikvision Turbo HD analogue camera and includes a small LED assist light so you retain full-colour images at night. Recording is to a 1TB DVR with motion detection and smart playback for fast searches.

Silver

Silver upgrades image control and low-light performance while staying analogue. You still get 5-megapixel Turbo HD quality, but the camera adds a motorised 2.7–13.5 mm varifocal lens so we can zoom to critical areas and fine-tune viewpoints. Its ultra-low-light sensor can retain full colour down to ~0.003 lux without extra lighting or IR, improving night-time detail significantly.

Gold

Gold moves to IP technology for a step up in clarity and future-proofing. The 4-megapixel (true Full HD) Hikvision IP camera delivers sharp, clean images and uses Darkfighter low-light technology for excellent performance in near-dark scenes. IP transmission over network cable supports higher bandwidth, easy expansion and modern features.

Platinum

Platinum adds intelligence and evidence-ready audio. You get 4-megapixel IP cameras with a built-in microphone for audio recording, ColourVu technology for full-colour night images, and AcuSense analytics that distinguish people and vehicles to reduce false alerts dramatically. Transmission over CAT5e ensures maximum bandwidth and tidy routing.

Platinum+

Platinum+ is our active-deterrent, evidence-focused grade. Each 8-megapixel (4K) IP camera combines AcuSense analytics with ColourVu for full-colour night footage, a built-in microphone and speaker, and active deterrence—a strobe light and pre-recorded warning that triggers when defined rules are broken (e.g., a person entering a protected area after hours). Networking over CAT5e supports high bandwidth and reliable performance.

Anthony and Gavin were fantastic. Anthony came to survey the house for cctv installation, he has a lot of knowledge. Fitted the cameras and hid all the wiring, nothing was exposed. If you want somebody that cares and knows what they are doing, call Duke.

The owner Anthony and his staff Ryan and Gavin, were amazing from the very first contact. Swift in arranging a site survey, along with making recommendations on camera placements. It was exactly what I needed. Ryan and Gavin arrived promptly on installation day, and were really professional in undertaking the job in hand. It gave me confidence that they would deliver a first-class installation, along with any small adjustments that were required.Their communication, manner and can-do attitude was brilliant.Highly recommendedThank you all
